EDITING
London-based and remote video editor working across social media, podcasts, comedy, entertainment, factual content and archive-led projects.
My background is in television production, journalism, comedy and digital content, so I bring more than software skills to the timeline. I am used to finding the story, shaping performances, tightening structure and working out what the audience actually needs from the material.
Most recently, I edited social content for Spirit Studios podcasts A Night In with Sally Lindsay and Catching Up with the Royals, turning long-form conversations into platform-ready clips for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
The content I edited generated around 5 million views, while the wider podcast brands reached more than 10 million views and listens in their first few months.
I also helped set up and develop the visual branding for The Comedy Union, a live stand-up comedy club in Soho and Hampstead run by Hils Jago and Alex Zane, as well as editing live performance clips for social media.
Editing was also part of earlier television roles, including clips and archive for two series of A League of Their Own, three series of There’s Something About Movies and Football’s Funniest Moments.
I work comfortably across fast-turnaround social content, longer-form storytelling and archive-heavy material. I am used to taking notes, managing versions, working remotely and keeping projects moving under pressure.
I am also an Adobe Certified Professional in video editing.
